Atelier Cinq is a clothing brand dedicated to women who seek balance between style, sustainability, and authenticity. We create timeless, comfortable, and versatile clothing pieces, with respect for the environment and for the joy of women being different.

Where are Atelier Cinq clothes produced?

All our pieces are created and sewn locally, in our small workshop in Bucharest, in small series or custom-made, to reduce waste and support responsible consumption.

What type of materials do we use?

We use natural and sustainable materials (such as cotton, linen, silk, wool), carefully selected for comfort, durability, and minimal environmental impact.

How does custom-made production work?

After placing an order, the piece is tailored specifically for you. Delivery time may vary between 5-15 business days depending on the product ordered. Also, for personalized orders, depending on your measurements and preferences, delivery time may vary depending on the chosen model.

Can I try on or see the products physically?

Currently, we do not have a permanent showroom, but we organize fitting sessions in the workshop. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Do you offer customization options?

Yes! We can adapt certain pieces according to your measurements or design preferences (length, color, etc.). Write to us for details and consultation.

What does a balanced wardrobe mean?

It is a wardrobe made up of pieces that reflect who you are, that offer you comfort, flexibility, and confidence. We want to help you build a more conscious relationship with your clothes.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days to return a product, if it has not been worn or personalized. You can find details in the "Return Policy" section. Personalized products cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Romania, but we are exploring options for expansion. Write to us if you would like an international order, and we will find a solution.
